Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data translation.
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide reporting and analysis across sales, margins and profitability.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, including volume, pricing and promotions.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and support initiatives.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of reporting within Power BI.
• Support month-end reporting, audits and key finance processes.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for group projects and initiatives.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you'll work closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver meaningful analysis, reporting and insights that support commercial decision-making and drive business profitability.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide insightful reporting and analysis across sales, margins and profitability.
• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, including volume, pricing and promotional spend, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting within Power BI.
• Support month-end reporting, audit activities and key finance processes.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for business projects and initiatives across the Group.

What you’ll bring

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent commercial acumen and the confidence to partner with stakeholders across the business.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within an FMCG or large corporate environment will be highly regarded.
