Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Café Collaborator to grow MILKLAB presence across cafes in the Western Suburbs. You will engage cafe owners, baristas, and decision-makers to build relationships and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence.

This dynamic, customer-facing role suits someone who thrives independently, communicates effectively, and enjoys the café scene. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas, and key stakeholders across your territory.
• Promote MILKLAB by offering samples (paired with coffee) and showcasing features and benefits.
• Provide thoughtful MILKLAB-branded gifts and collateral to thank customers.
• Plan and manage your weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing follow-ups and resolving inquiries.
• Gather and report on market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

The Opportunity

As a Café Collaborator, you will play a key role in growing the presence of MILKLAB across cafes throughout the Western Suburbs. You’ll engage directly with café owners, baristas, and key decision-makers to build strong relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone passionate about the café scene, who enjoys working independently and thrives on creating meaningful connections in the market.
