Lite n' Easy in Canning Vale, WA is seeking a Distribution Planner to join our Customer Operations team. This full-time role focuses on optimizing driver runs, scheduling deliveries and building strong relationships with delivery partners.

Working a 9-day fortnight, 5:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday with every second Friday off, you’ll help ensure on-time orders while upholding safety and accuracy. Candidates should have 2–3 years in customer service, excellent communication, ability to work

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or fleet allocation desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously to meet deadlines.
• Able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Optimise driver runs by planning routes and contingencies.
• Schedule deliveries with start times and correct labels.
• Manage delivery partner relationships and dock checks.
• Resolve delivery issues and update customers.
• Ensure compliance and maintain partner records.
