Job summary

King Living Pty is seeking a Delivery Planning Coordinator to plan daily runs, optimise routes and coordinate load-out in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will lead drivers, manage exceptions in real time and liaise with customers on appointments, delays and changes. This role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication and familiarity with SAP and ERP systems. Onsite parking at our Smithfield warehouse is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in dispatch, delivery coordination, logistics or warehouse operations
• Hands-on with delivery planning, run scheduling and load-out
• Strong communicator, proactive outbound calls and inbound queries
• Experience with SAP, Radaro or similar systems
• Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple runs and priorities

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence daily runs, optimise routes and validate orders
• Book and confirm delivery appointments; communicate delays or changes early
• Lead drivers and transport partners; monitor readiness and onboarding
• Keep records accurate across SAP, Radaro and internal systems; track DIFOT and safety compliance
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure stock readiness and dock flow
