St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operations Coordinator in South East Queensland. You will join a team that supports our growing retail network with centralised distribution.
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily warehouse operations, oversee stock flow, and dispatch to stores and programs. The role emphasizes process improvements and teamwork, with a 38-hour week at Richlands DC.

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operations Coordinatorto join our South East Queensland Distribution team as we continue our transition to a centralised distribution model that supports our growing retail network.
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the Distribution Centre. You will oversee the flow of stock through the warehouse, supporting the accurate processing, storage and dispatch of inventory to retail stores and community support programs.
Working closely with the broader Distribution Centre team, you will coordinate operational activities to achieve high standards of safety, productivity, inventory accuracy and service delivery. Your ability to identify process improvements, maintain operational excellence and support a positive team culture will be critical to the success of the site.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on warehouse execution, workflow coordination and continuous improvement. While the position does not include direct people management responsibilities, you will be a key contributor to the day-to-day performance and success of the Distribution Centre.
This role offers amazing work life balance with a planned roster of Monday to Friday between 7 am - 4 pm.
This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) based at our Richlands Distribution Centre.
