Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operations Coordinator in South East Queensland. You will join a team that supports our growing retail network with centralised distribution.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily warehouse operations, oversee stock flow, and dispatch to stores and programs. The role emphasizes process improvements and teamwork, with a 38-hour week at Richlands DC.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehousing or logistics experience, preferably in distribution operations.
• Current Open Driver’s Licence.
• Current Forklift High Risk Work Licence (LF) is essential.
• Experience with in-house fleet operations and drivers.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock flow through the warehouse and dispatch to stores and programs.
• Coordinate operational activities to achieve safety, productivity and accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and support a positive team culture.
