Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing.
• Technical aptitude with a trade, engineering or similar background.
• Experience with maintenance planning and cost control.
• Experience with safety and compliance systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building services and safety compliance.
• Manage contractors and after-hours support.
• Oversee equipment performance and lifecycle (MHE, HVAC, CCTV, security).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Administer CAPEX/OPEX and invoicing.
• Support audits related to CSO obligations.
