Origin Lawyers, a Sydney CBD firm, seeks a Lawyer admitted to practice in NSW or eligible for imminent admission to join our Dispute Resolution/Litigation team on a full-time basis.

You'll work across commercial disputes and occasional family law matters, covering the full litigation lifecycle—from inquiries and advice, through pleadings and evidence, to appearing at hearings. You’ll have autonomy over files and opportunities in business development and team leadership.

Formación

• Admitted to practice in NSW, or eligible for imminent admission.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage files from inquiry to hearing with independence.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to business development.

Responsabilidades

• Expose to general commercial disputes and occasional family law matters across the full litigation lifecycle.
• Manage files from initial inquiry, through pleadings and evidence, to contested hearings.
• Develop advocacy skills and contribute to business development and team leadership.

Origin Lawyers is a Sydney CBD firm known for providing sharp, client-focused legal advice across commercial disputes. We're looking for a Lawyer (admitted to practice in NSW, or eligible for imminent admission) to join our Dispute Resolution/Litigation team on a full-time basis, in a friendly and supportive team environment.

All levels of experience are being considered.

The Role

This role offers excellent exposure to general commercial disputes, and at times family law matters, covering the full litigation lifecycle — from initial inquiries and advice, through pleadings and evidence, to appearing at contested court hearings. You'll have real autonomy over file management from early in your career, with genuine scope to develop your advocacy skills. As you grow with the firm, there's opportunity to get involved in business development and team management.
