Master Builders Solutions Australia is seeking a Dispenser Service Technician to service our concrete producing and mining customers across Melbourne, Victoria & Tasmania. You will install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants while traveling metro and regionally as required.

About the Role

As a Dispenser Service Technician servicing our Concrete Producing and Mining Customers, you will be a trusted partner building relationships, providing technical support and resolving problems that arise growing our market share.

As a valued member to the Eastern Sales team, this position is responsible for installation, calibration, servicing and maintaining dispensing equipment at customer plants. The role requires a strong customer focus, including providing assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing complaints as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants
• Coordinate and carry out breakdown servicing, repairs and routine maintenance
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Provide on-site training to customers on safe and effective equipment use
• Support field trials and assist with product implementation
• Work with technical sales teams to resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, breakdowns and actions taken
