Job summary

Master Builders Solutions Australia is recruiting a Dispenser Service Technician to service our concrete producing and mining customers across Melbourne, Victoria & Tasmania. You will install, calibrate and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants and support field trials with a strong focus on customer success.

• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of issues

• Support field trials and assist with product implementation
• Work with technical sales teams to resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, breakdowns and actions taken

About the Role

As a Dispenser Service Technician servicing our Concrete Producing and Mining Customers, you will be a trusted partner building relationships, providing technical support and resolving problems that arise growing our market share. As a valued member to the Eastern Sales team, this position is responsible for installation, calibration, servicing and maintaining dispensing equipment at customer plants. The role requires a strong customer focus, including providing assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing complaints as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants
