Job summary

Brookfarm is seeking a Dispatch Team Member to support picking of customer orders for dispatch, receival, and organisation of the warehouse. The role requires coordination across Brookfarm teams to meet customer requirements, with a focus on food safety and efficient storage.

Working fulltime, Monday to Friday, the position sits in the Dispatch - Supply Chain Team under the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift licence (NSW).
• Experience in Food Manufacturing Production environments.
• Previous experience as Team Member in Warehouse and Dispatch Operations.
• Sound computer skills with Warehouse/Dispatch software experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick and Pack of customer orders.
• Loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Maintaining the warehouse to a food safety standard.
• Review sales orders in ERP system to coordinate dispatch of orders.
• Periodic stocktaking.
• Stock rotation.
• Ensuring work is conducted safely in accordance with OH&S procedures.
• Other tasks as set by your supervisor.

AREA/DEPARTMENT: Dispatch - Supply Chain Team

MANAGER: Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

JOB SCOPE: As a Dispatch Team Member, you are responsible for picking of customer orders fordispatch, receival, organisation, and efficient operation of the warehouse. The warehouse is a key space at Brookfarm as almost all stock passes through this area, it is vitally important that this space is well managed and efficiently functioning. This role will include liaison and coordination between other Brookfarm Teams to ensure we meet our customer requirements.

The role is fulltime – Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick and Pack of customer orders

Loading and unloading of delivery trucks

Maintaining the warehouse to a food safety standard

Review sales orders in ERP system to coordinate dispatch of orders

Periodic stocktaking

Stock rotation

Ensuring work is conducted safely in accordance with Company and OH+S Procedures

Other tasks as set by your supervisor

ABOUT YOU:

Current Forklift licence (NSW)

Experience in Food Manufacturing Production environments

Previous experience asTeam Member in Warehouse and Dispatch Operations

Sound computer skills, and experience working with a Warehouse/Dispatch software programs
