Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and supportive Dispatch Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organised, and values collaboration. You’ll play a key part in making sure our products and services reach customers smoothly and efficiently, while working alongside teams who care deeply about what they do.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders, wrapping and boxing parcels and pallets, preparing orders for dispatch.
• Processing returns, connecting hardware, and using our WHS systems.
• Restocking, rotating, and managing stock levels.
• Performing stocktakes and keeping everything organised.
• Assisting in maintaining and organising the warehouse.
• Handling incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift licence (preferred, not essential).
• Basic computer skills.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Experience with inwards and outwards goods.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Interest in the telco industry.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and communicate well, work independently and as part of a team, learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Commitment to helping people, strong ethics, maturity, friendliness, and willingness to work.
