Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Officer to join our Adelaide-based team at Hope Valley. The role involves 24/7 rosters, prioritising and dispatching work, and ensuring accurate asset data entry in Maximo while collaborating with SA Water.

You will contribute to KPI delivery, data quality, and customer service excellence. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a customer service delivery role, a current driver’s license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a similar customer service delivery role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in a 24/7 roster.
• Strong data entry, accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Proficient in MS Office and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritise, allocate and dispatch to meet KPI requirements.
• Monitor resources using GPS for efficient field operations.
• Capture asset data accurately in Maximo Asset Management.
• Resolve data quality issues through validation processes.
• Collaborate with SA Water to improve myWork application data.
• Communicate with stakeholders while following escalation procedures.
• Handle service requests and provide admin support to Field Services.
• Support the Dispatch team with continual improvement.
