Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Officer for our Adelaide office, Hope Valley, to join a 24/7 operations team. You will coordinate dispatch, track resources and ensure safe, timely service delivery under contractual SLAs.

The role involves interfacing with SA Water’s Customer Contact Centre and Field Services Project Delivery Team, with a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends. 12-month contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer service delivery role.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and dispatch work to resources to meet KPI requirements.
• Use GPS tracking to monitor field resources and optimise workforce utilisation.
• Capture asset data accurately in Maximo Asset Management System.
• Resolve data quality issues and respond to service requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
