Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for the SA Water Contract based in Hope Valley. You will lead field crews delivering maintenance and projects, while ensuring safety, quality and strong customer service across SA Water assets.

The ideal candidate will supervise field crews, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on leadership style. This is a field-focused role with depot support and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field-based operational or maintenance crews.
• Strong safety practices and leadership in safe work environments.
• Experience in water, utilities, civil, or infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operational teams and contractors in the field.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Monitor labour utilization, backlog performance and reporting data.
• Coordinate projects, audits and site inspections.
• Support budgets, productivity improvements and on-call coverage.
• Coach and develop team capability and stakeholder relationships.
