Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor based at the Hope Valley depot to lead maintenance and reactive works across the SA Water network. This hands-on leadership role combines field presence with team support to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes daily.

You’ll oversee frontline crews, manage planned and reactive programs, monitor schedules, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring strong safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field-based operational or maintenance crews.
• Strong safety-first mindset with demonstrated leadership in safe work practices.
• Experience within water, utilities, civil, construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Strong planning, scheduling and workforce coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret civil and/or mechanical drawings and scopes of work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused leadership.
• Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.

What You’ll Need

• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card
