Evolution Mining is seeking a Dispatch Operator for its Open Cut Mining team at Cowal Gold Operations. You will coordinate fleet movements, manage production priorities and make real-time decisions to keep the site operating safely and efficiently.

The role is based on a 7/7 roster across the Cowal site in Australia. You will operate MineStar Fleet Management System to optimise fleet performance, allocate haul trucks, manage shift change allocations and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, dispatch, production coordination or a similar operational environment.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate MineStar Fleet Management System to optimise fleet performance.
• Allocate haul trucks and coordinate equipment movements across the mine.
• Manage shift change allocations to maximise production efficiency.
• Monitor production, equipment availability and operational priorities in real time.
• Coordinate with mining, maintenance, processing, geology, survey and engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate production records, reporting and system updates.
• Support safe and effective communication across the operation.
