Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Dispatch Operator to coordinate mining equipment and personnel across the Byerwen Mine Project. You’ll monitor fleet performance, capture production data and support the daily mine plan with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work with production supervisors to ensure targets are met, using the Modular Fleet Management System and strong communication with operators and stakeholders. This role requires prior mining dispatch experience and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Operator or in a similar mining operations role.
• Demonstrated experience using fleet management software such as Modular Fleet Management System.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mining equipment and personnel to achieve production targets in line with mine plan priorities.
• Monitor and optimise fleet performance using the Modular Fleet Management System.
• Capture, validate and maintain accurate production data and reporting.
• Act as the central communication point between operators, supervisors and key stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Promote safe work practices and contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
