Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics or operations management.
• Strong labour planning and workforce management skills.
• Experience with fleet operations and transport logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily labour allocation, rostering and productivity.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, deliveries and transport schedules.
• Oversee fleet utilisation, maintenance and compliance.
• Oversee equipment booking and stock allocation.
• Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and safely.
• Monitor labour, transport and operational costs.
• Lead and develop warehouse, transport and operational staff.
• Maintain high workplace health and safety standards.
