Job summary

Bridgestone Australia Ltd. is seeking a organised Despatch Clerk to join our warehouse team in Brisbane. You will report to the Warehouse Distribution Manager and coordinate distribution activities while delivering excellent customer service.

This role sits at the heart of warehouse communication, managing schedules, paperwork, and liaison with carriers. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to our national logistics

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to liaise with carriers, drivers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily distribution and delivery schedules.
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries; maintain paperwork.
• Liaise with carriers and coordinate courier services.
• Manage warehouse documentation and administrative tasks.
• Assist with stocktakes and OE fitment stock delivery.
• Process returns and support reverse logistics where needed.
