Job summary

Bridgestone Australia Ltd. is seeking a Despatch Clerk to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate distribution activities, manage documentation, and deliver high-level customer service across daily operations.

Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Manager, the role supports stock control, returns processing, and liaison with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records. Prior warehousing experience is valued, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Confident liaising with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily distribution and delivery schedules.
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate despatch documentation and perform admin tasks.
• Liaise with carriers and coordinate courier services.
• Coordinate and deliver OE fitment stock (tyres/rims) and assist with monthly stocktakes.
