Job summary

Murray Cod Australia Limited is seeking an Administration Support Officer to provide practical administrative support to the Dispatch Support Officer and the Processing Plant team at the Griffith NSW site. The role focuses on accurate paperwork, filing, data entry, site stocktake support and records management to help the site operate efficiently.

This internal support position is not customer-facing and involves coordinating with dispatch, production, management and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Dispatch Support Officer and Processing Plant team.
• Prepare, organise, check and file dispatch, production and site paperwork accurately.
• Complete routine data entry and assist with updating spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Assist with printing, scanning, copying and general office administration.
• Follow up missing paperwork or information with relevant team members and escalate issues when required.
• Support dispatch activities and stock movement documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records and report discrepancies.
