Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead the Mawson Lakes operation. You will report to the Logistics team and drive safe, efficient, customer-focused warehouse and transport operations while promoting continuous improvement and favourable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leading warehouse and transport operations.
• Proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability.
• Experience managing inventory, logistics systems and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar CI methodologies.
• Safety-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage budgets, KPIs and service performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
