Job summary

Wear Parts Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a full-time warehouse and logistics assistant to ensure reliable pick, pack and dispatch for every order. This role puts you at the frontline of customer fulfilment.

You will own the dispatch run, ensure the right product and quantity leave the building, and book inbound stock for sales. You’ll work with Sales and Customer Service to prevent missed orders and keep inventory accurate.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; full training provided.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift stock.
• Willing to learn products, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for picking, packing and dispatching orders, accurately and same-day.
• Own the dispatch run: correct product, correct quantity, proper consignment note before leaving.
• Receive and book inbound stock so it is available for sales.
• Coordinate with Field Sales and Customer Service to prevent missed orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through put-away, cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Be physically active and ready to move stock as required.
