Harvey’s Towing Service is seeking a skilled Bookings & Dispatch Coordinator to manage each job from first contact to completion. You will coordinate drivers, update customers in real time, and ensure accurate data and billing while maintaining high service standards.

Experience in dispatch or logistics and a current driver’s licence are required. The role includes 12‑hour day shifts on a roster, with after-hours on‑call rotation and strong emphasis on safety and data accuracy.

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transport coordination or similar.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices.
• Current driver’s licence.

• Plan and dispatch jobs in line with customer timeframes and expectations.
• Allocate trucks based on location, urgency and availability.
• Monitor pickup/delivery times and update customers.
• Provide professional phone support to private, insurance & government clients.
• Accurate data entry and booking management.
• Prepare and provide accurate quotes.
• Reconcile and close completed jobs accurately.
