Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Forklift licence is a plus but not essential.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• You must have a current driver's licence.
• Experience in managing inwards and outwards goods is preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills required.
• Interest in the telco industry is a plus.
• Ability to work with a diverse team is important.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders, wrapping and boxing parcels and pallets for dispatch.
• Processing returns and connecting hardware using WHS systems.
• Restocking, rotating, and managing stock levels.
• Performing stocktakes and organizing inventory effectively.
• Assisting in maintaining and organizing the warehouse.
• Handling incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Picking orders, wrapping and boxing parcels and pallets, preparing orders for dispatch.
• Admin Tasks: Processing returns, connecting hardware, and using our WHS systems.
• Stock Management: Re‑stocking, rotating, and managing stock levels.
• Inventory Control: Performing stocktakes and keeping everything organised.
• Warehouse Support: Assisting in maintaining and organising the warehouse.
• Order Processing: Handling incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience
