Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in project support, administration, Office and fleet management or research.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support, monitoring progress and ensuring milestones align with objectives.
• Update and maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with methodologies.
• Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in preparation of project briefs and reports for planning and execution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address challenges.
• Support office, fleet and other business services functions (procurement, storage, resource management).
• Support recovery operations in planning, logistics, operations, or intelligence.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support, including coordinating committee meetings.
