Job summary

Focus Care is seeking Tagalog-speaking Support Workers to deliver in-home care services in the Blacktown area, Monday to Friday. The role requires a current driver’s license, an NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain), and availability for 10–15 hours per week.

You will provide personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support, traveling to clients’ homes within a defined location. Longer hours and weekend/overnight shifts may be available.
