Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring Support Workers on the Gold Coast (Main Beach) to assist participants in daily living and independence. You'll spend a minimum of two hours with each client, building connections and making a positive impact in their everyday lives.

Roles are suitable for nursing or allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live more independently, with shifts Monday to Sunday and opportunities for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Available to work at least 10–15 hours per week, Mon–Sun.
• Able to assist with personal care, transport, community access, and domestic tasks.
• Willing to travel to participants' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to participants.
• Support transport to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with domestic tasks and social engagement.
• Travel to participants' homes as required.

At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives. We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants on the Gold Coast (Main Beach). Our services run Monday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

To Join Our Team, You'll Need
