Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring Support Workers for clients in Brisbane (Greenslopes) and Gold Coast (Main Beach). Roles involve supporting participants with daily activities, transport and personal care in a flexible, client-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s licence, NDIS Check, and can commit to 10–15 hours weekly across Monday to Friday, with travel to clients’ homes and a genuine passion for helping others live independently.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence is required.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support.
• Travel to participants’ homes as needed.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate support to help clients live independently.
