Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Blue Card (WWCC) required.
• Cert III/IV or higher in Disability/Community Services or similar.
• First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Experience with neurodivergent teens or young adults (ASD/ADHD).
• Experience with community access or social programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home and community support.
• Run social and life-skills programs.
• Coordinate fun, meaningful community outings.
