Endeavour Foundation provides Disability Support Workers in Tewantin, offering a permanent roster with sleepover shifts in SIL homes. You will help clients develop daily living skills and support them to live as independently as possible, including personal care and community activities.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends, plus checks and training to ensure safety and quality of care. A Certificate III in Disability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Calm, compassionate, and professional approach to disability support.
• Willingness to obtain required clearances (Blue Card, Yellow Card, First Aid, CPR, etc).
• Availability for a permanent roster with multiple sleepovers and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help clients achieve NDIS goals by building daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care as needed to meet individual needs.
• Support meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and community outings.
