Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Disability Support Worker for our Tewantin SIL home on a permanent 40‑hour fortnightly roster with sleepovers. You will help residents develop daily living skills and support personal care to promote independence.

Ideal candidates are calm, compassionate and professional, with a willingness to obtain required checks. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous. Join a team dedicated to inclusion and meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• Calm, compassionate and professional Disability Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to provide personal care and support daily living tasks.
• Willingness to obtain required clearances (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid).
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents in a SIL home to achieve daily living goals.
• Assist with personal care, meal planning, cooking and budgeting.
• Facilitate community access and social activities including outings.
• Support individuals to maintain connections with family and services.
