Job summary

Endeavour Foundation invites applications for a Disability Support Worker in our SIL home at Oscar Court, Bellmere. The role involves sleepover shifts 5 nights in Week 1, with Week 2 having no shifts and possibilities to pick up extra shifts where available.

You will support individuals to live as independently as possible, with duties ranging from daily living skills to social activities. You will help people achieve their NDIS goals, plan meals, assist with personal care, and facilitate

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours of concern.
• Ability to provide personal care in a respectful, safe manner.
• Willingness to obtain essential checks such as Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist people to achieve NDIs goals by building daily living skills (housekeeping, personal care, budgeting).
• Support meal planning, cooking, light cleaning and community outings.
• Support daily activities and help maintain connections with family and services.
