Endeavour Foundation is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Alexandra Hills. Part-time role, up to 41 hours per fortnight, with sleepovers and weekend shifts as needed.

You will support residents with daily living, community access and NDIs goals, using digital systems to record progress. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with experience supporting people with disability, comfortable working both independently and in a team, and willing to

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with disability
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Current or willingness to obtain Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, National Criminal History Check
• Open Driver’s Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
