Job summary

Scope Australia is a charity delivering disability support across regional NSW. We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care to participants with complex mental health and physical needs at Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale Day Program.

Roles include personal care, mealtime support, and using specialised equipment in a supportive, team-based environment. NSW P2 Driver Licence or higher and compliance with NDIs screening and working with children checks are

• Experience in disability support and personal care.
• Ability to support participants with complex mental health and physical needs.
• Willingness to work across multiple day programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to participants.
• Assist with personal care and mealtime support.
• Utilise specialised equipment as required by participants.
• Coordinate care across Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale Day Program.
