Job summary

Scope Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical needs. Roles include personal care, mealtime support, and using specialised equipment in Mittagong, Bowral, and Moss Vale Day Program.

Successful applicants must be willing to work across all three services, hold a NSW P2 Driver Licence or higher, and comply with NDIs screening and working with children checks.

Qualifications

• Reliable transport and NSW P2 Driver Licence or higher.
• Willing to work across SIL homes and Moss Vale Day Program.
• Experience in personal care and supporting participants with complex needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical needs, including personal care and mealtime support.
• Support participants across SIL homes in Mittagong and Bowral and at Moss Vale Day Program.
• Utilise computer-based systems and complete clear, timely reports as required.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams and Site Managers to promote independence and outcomes.
