Job summary

Scope (Aust) is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical needs across Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale Day Program.

You will assist with personal care, mealtime support and use of specialised equipment, while promoting independence and safety. The role requires flexibility for a rotating 24/7 roster, including sleepovers, and adherence to NDIS plans under clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Reliable transport and NSW P2 Driver Licence or higher.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster that may include mornings, afternoons, split shifts, and sleepovers.
• Willingness to work across SIL homes in Mittagong, Bowral, and Moss Vale Day Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical needs.
• Assist with personal care, meal support and daily living tasks.
• Support participants to participate in activities and develop skills.
• Maintain participant dignity, respect and safety in all interactions.
