Job summary

Conexson is seeking a Disability Support Worker & Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home care in the Geelong region. Roles are casual with competitive rates and weekly pay (Thursday).

A bonus shift incentive and flexible shift options are offered, with an easy online portal for bookings and strong team support. Responsibilities include personal care, daily living support, community access, and ensuring client dignity, health, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred.
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
• Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance.
• Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress.
