ONCALL Group Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide care to a young client in Geelong. This casual role offers varied shifts across Monday to Sunday, with 24-hour care expectations in a SIL house setting.

Applicants should have solid disability support experience, relevant qualifications, and the ability to handle administration and paperwork accurately. Mandatory training including First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Medication administration, and screening checks

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support roles and safeguarding of clients.

• Ability to maintain accurate administration and paperwork.
• Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC are required.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide supports to our young client in Geelong. This casual role offers a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday, with 24 hour care.

Key duties will include:

• Personal care support
• Working in a SIL House environment
• Community participation outings and activities

What Do You Need?

• Solid experience in a similar Disability Support role
• Relevant qualifications
• Availability and flexibility to accept a range of different shifts
• Experience working with younger clients
• Ability to complete accurate administration and paperwork
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
• Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
• Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed
