Job summary

Conexson Aged Care Recruitment is seeking a Disability Support Worker for casual, in-home care across the Redland City Region. Join our team to provide personal care in SIL and home settings and help clients access the community.

Flexibility to pick shifts, weekly pay, and a supportive team are offered. A Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support and relevant checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care is preferred.
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Driver's licence and reliable car with insurance.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
• No Sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress.
