Conexson Aged Care Recruitment on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a casual Disability Support Worker to deliver in-home care and SIL services. You will provide personal care, support social participation, and help with daily tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role offers flexible shifts across Caloundra and Sunshine Coast, with weekly pay, incentives for bonus shifts, and referral bonuses. A valid Cert III, current checks, and a driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred.
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Driver's licence + reliable car + Comprehensive Insurance.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
• No Sponsorships

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings.
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation.
• Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance.
• Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress
