Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Alexandra Hills. Part-time role, up to 41 hours per fortnight, with sleepovers and weekend shifts as needed.

You will support residents with daily living, community access and NDIs goals, using digital systems to record progress. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with experience supporting people with disability, comfortable working both independently and in a team, and willing to

Job description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated and values-aligned Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team based in Alexandra Hills.

This opportunity is ideal for a positive, proactive communicator with a can-do attitude who can motivate, engage and support people with diverse needs. Experience is highly regarded, particularly for candidates confident working independently and within a team environment. Flexibility, initiative and strong communication skills are essential.

Part-time opportunities available at the SIL home up to 41 hours per fortnight. Ideally available 5 sleepovers per week + other shifts and including weekends.
