Job summary

AllCare is hiring casual disability support workers in the Pacific Pines Gold Coast area to assist participants with daily living and community access, with a view to permanent roles. Join a supportive team delivering clinical and personal care, mobility support, medication administration, and care coordination while following clinical care plans and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months experience or a minimum Certificate III/IV in Disability or related fields.
• Experience with high physical needs and clinical care.
• NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, valid Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants to access their community and attend appointments.
• Deliver clinical and personal care: manual handling, hoisting, continence, PEG feeding, medication administration.
• Support daily living: hygiene, meals, mobility, transport.
• Monitor health changes and follow clinical care plans.
• Maintain accurate case notes and incident reports.
• Collaborate with families, allied health and nursing teams.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging home environment.
