Maxlife Care is a doctor‑led NDIS provider delivering premium disability services across NSW. We are seeking experienced female Disability Support Workers to provide dedicated, person‑centred support to clients with complex needs, including mental health and challenging behaviours.

You will report to an Area Manager who provides ongoing training, guidance and support. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal preparation and medication administration, supporting

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the disability sector.
• Experience supporting clients across disabilities, including mental health and challenging behaviours.
• Certificate III Disability or higher.
• Empathy for people with a disability.
• Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus own car is desirable.
• Flexible working environment.
