Job summary

Oasis Living Solutions Pty Ltd is hiring Disability Support Workers to assist participants in Supported Independent Living homes and the community. You will help clients achieve goals, build independence, and participate locally.

The role suits compassionate individuals dedicated to making a real difference in others’ lives. We offer supportive leadership, ongoing training and flexible rosters across SIL, Community Participation and STA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred supports in line with individual plans.
• Promote participant choice, dignity and inclusion.
• Provide personal care and continence support.
• Assist with medication administration per policies.
• Support with meals, household tasks and budgeting.
• Enable community access, appointments and activities.
• Complete progress notes and incident reports accurately.
• Report risks or changes in wellbeing promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and work safely with WHS guidelines.
