Job summary

Young Mindz in Mackay, QLD, is hiring compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. You will support daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing.

This role offers competitive hourly rates across day, afternoon, night, with additional weekend and public holiday loading, plus a per-km vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in disability.
• Ability to remain calm, grounded and professional in complex situations.
• Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.
