We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Brisbane's Northern suburbs, with shifts available in Caboolture, Lawnton, Brighton, Stafford, and Boondall.
Supporting our clients requires an empathetic approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate very clearly. You will be supported by an experienced team leader and have access to additional training to manage the complexities of this role.
You will empower clients to achieve their goals and provide support in their homes, in community participation or in day centre environments. This will include individual care needs in areas such as wellbeing, housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, manual handling, administration of medication and daily activities.
