Job summary

For Care is seeking motivated Disability Support Workers in Toowoomba and surrounding areas for casual and permanent roles. Immediate start available for self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to people with disability.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living and community participation, and work with a supportive team committed to dignity, independence and respectful service.

Qualifications

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) — or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Australian working rights

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice
  • Support with daily living, community access and participation in everyday activities
  • Apply positive behaviour support approaches (full training provided)
  • Work alongside a supportive team to deliver high-quality, consistent care
