ONCALL Group Australia is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Brisbane's northern suburbs (Caboolture, Lawnton, Brighton, Stafford, Boondall). You will support clients at home, in community activities, or day centres, with emphasis on wellbeing, personal care, and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of local work experience in Disability Sector.
• Previous medication administration and manual handling experience is preferred.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Blue Card (WWCC).
• Driver's Licence, a car and willingness to transport clients.
• All applicants must be willing to obtain the relevant mandatory screening clearances.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work short shifts - ideally multiple shifts in the day.
• Ability to manage 1:1 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Empower clients to achieve goals by supporting them at home, in community participation or in day centre environments.
• Support with wellbeing, housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, manual handling, medication administration and daily activities.
